Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what personal data Project Spearhead collects, why, and what rights you have. It applies to projectspearhead.co and to Teams and Mentorship.

1. Who we are

We are the data controller for personal data collected through our site and services.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact and account information: name, email address, and information you provide when signing up.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment partners (Stripe or TrainHeroic Marketplace). We don't see or store full card or bank details ourselves.
  • Communication: messages you exchange with us or your coach, for example via Signal or Telegram during Mentorship.
  • Newsletter data: your email address if you sign up for The Signal.
  • Usage data: technical data about your visit to the site (e.g. IP address, browser type), to the extent needed to run the site.

We don't collect medical or health data through a separate intake form. What you choose to share about your health or physical condition during coaching conversations is used only to tailor your training.

3. What we use this data for

  • To deliver Teams and Mentorship and manage your account.
  • To process payments and keep records.
  • To send The Signal if you've signed up for it.
  • To communicate with you about your subscription or coaching.
  • To secure and improve the site.

We process your data because it's necessary to perform our contract with you (your subscription, your coaching), because you've given consent (newsletter), or because we have a legitimate interest in doing so (for example, securing the site).

5. Who we share data with

We only share data with parties we need to deliver our service:

  • Ghost — our platform for content, accounts, and payments.
  • Stripe and TrainHeroic Marketplace — for processing payments.
  • TrainHeroic — for delivering training programs.
  • Mailgun — for sending The Signal and other email.
  • Signal / Telegram — as a communication channel during Mentorship. Messages sent through these apps are also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We never sell your data to third parties.

6. International data transfers

Project Spearhead LLC is based in the United States, and some of the parties above may process data outside your country of residence. If you are located in the EU/EEA and your data is transferred outside it, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account or subscription is active, and afterward for as long as needed for administrative or legal purposes (for example, financial record-keeping obligations). After that, we delete it.

8. Cookies

We currently don't use cookies for advertising or tracking — only what's strictly necessary to run the site. If that changes (for example, by adding analytics), we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

9. Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to use Teams or Mentorship, per our Terms & Conditions. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict processing, object, or request data portability. Contact us at hq@projectspearhead.co to exercise these rights.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Depending on where you live, you may have further privacy rights under local law — contact us and we'll do our best to help.

11. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorized access.

We may update this privacy policy. We'll notify you of material changes, for example by email.
