These are the terms for using projectspearhead.co and the services we offer through it: content, Teams, and Mentorship. By using the site or subscribing to a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Project Spearhead is a US limited liability company registered in Wyoming.

2. What we offer

• Content — articles and The Signal newsletter. Free.
• Teams — access to structured training programs. $49 per month or $490 per year.
• Mentorship — 1-on-1 coaching. $199 per month, with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.

We may change prices and offerings. For an active subscription, any change takes effect from your next billing period at the earliest, and we'll let you know in advance.

3. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Teams or Mentorship.

By subscribing, you confirm that you are medically able to participate in physical training. If you're unsure, check with a doctor before you begin.

4. Account and use

You're responsible for the information you register with us and for keeping your login details confidential. You agree not to use the platform to harm others, misuse content, or share it without authorization.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through our payment partners (including Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your subscription.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a Teams subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, without a refund for the remaining part of that period. Mentorship has a minimum commitment of 12 weeks; after that it's cancellable monthly.

Subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on your first purchase. If you explicitly ask us to start providing the service immediately within that 14-day period, you lose that right once we've started delivering (for example: first access to a Team, or first coaching contact for Mentorship).

7. Train at your own risk

Physical training carries risk, including the risk of injury. By using our content, Teams, or Mentorship, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that you are physically able to participate.

Our content, programs, and coaching are not medical advice and do not replace treatment by a doctor or other healthcare provider. Don't use them as a substitute for professional medical advice. If in doubt, consult a doctor first — including during an ongoing program.

Project Spearhead LLC, its founder, and affiliated coaches are not liable for injuries or other harm resulting from following our training, coaching, or advice — except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.

8. Liability (general)

In addition to the above: to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss — including where these arise from a platform malfunction, billing error, or other shortcoming.

Our total liability, for all damages combined and regardless of cause, is at all times limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual property

All content — articles, programs, videos, brand name, and logo — is owned by Project Spearhead LLC. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reselling, republishing, or sharing it outside your own subscription is not permitted.

10. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay. In the case of a serious breach, we do so without refunding the remainder of your subscription.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes, for example by email. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain in force alongside this choice of law, where applicable.

13. General provisions

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

These terms, together with any separate agreements (such as a training or health declaration), form the entire agreement between you and Project Spearhead LLC on this subject.
